Renewal
Renewal of registration to access the LIS and LWS Databases is required each year. The annual renewal period begins on January 1. To renew your registration for access to the LIS and LWS databases, please complete the following LIS Microdata User Renewal Form and the Australian Dataset Supplemental User Agreement Renewal form.
Access to the Australian data requires an explicit request on the renewal form. Failure to check the required box will result in access to the Australian data being denied. If you believe there has been an error, please contact the LIS User Support.
Click the submit button when finished. Your renewal will be effective within one business day of submitting this form.
