Datasets Revision: Mexico

Some readjustments have been made to the data of the first three Mexican datasets: MX84, MX89 and MX92.

Currency correction

• The MX84 dataset was rightly expressed in the old peso, but the figures of the Web Tabulator (and the associated PPP Deflator table) were using the conversion from the new peso, giving rise to wrong figures. This mistake has been corrected in the Web Tabulator and the PPP table.
• The MX89 and MX92 datasets were wrongly expressed in the new peso, but the Web Tabulator (and the associated PPP Deflator table) were based on the corresponding conversion factor (from the new peso), so that the resulting figures in the Web Tabulator were correct. We have now revised those two datasets to make sure all monetary variables are expressed in the old peso (see Revision notes), and we have adjusted the conversion factors in the Web Tabulator and the PPP table consistently.
