Two new datasets from the Netherlands, NL07 (Wave VII) and NL10 (Wave VIII), have been added to the LIS Database. The datasets are from the Survey on Income and Living Conditions (EU-SILC) and are provided by Statistics Netherlands. In addition, NL04 (Wave VI) has been revised for consistency.
The entire Swedish series has been revised to make occupational classification variables more consistent over time. In addition, a few minor revisions were made to some demographic variables.

Three new datasets from Russia have been added to the LIS Database, RU04 (Wave VI), RU07 (Wave VII), and RU10 (Wave VIII). The datasets are originally from the Russia Longitudinal Monitoring Survey-Higher School of Economics (RLMS-HSE) and are provided by The Carolina Population Center at UNC-Chapel Hill. In addition, RU00 (Wave V) has been revised.

LIS proudly announces the availability of the first Japanese dataset in the Luxembourg Income Study Database. Based on the Japan Household Panel Survey (JHPS), from Keio University Joint Research Center for Panel Studies, the 2008 dataset is included in Wave VII of LIS.
